Open the Focus Timer from your dashboard.

Set your work time – e.g., 15, 25, or 40 minutes depending on how much focus you can give right now.

Choose your break length – short pauses of 3–5 minutes keep your brain refreshed.

Tap Start and work on just ONE task until the timer ends.

When the break alarm goes off, step away – stretch, sip water, or play the Brain Game.

Come back and start the next round when you’re ready.
